I was absolutely blown away by my experience with the Visology team at Fellsway Plaza in Medford! They recently started offering full eye exams at their location, and I was genuinely surprised to walk into such a modern and fully equipped office. What stood out most was the seamless process I got to see my eye doctor virtually, who guided me through the entire exam and explained my eye health in detail, using the photos taken during my visit. It was such a personalized and thorough experience! This was truly a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend Visology at Fellsway Plaza to anyone in need of an eye exam or new eyewear. Best eye exam ever! The optician who took me through the process was fantastic. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed that she took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen in the exam. The hi tech equipment used during the exam was very impressive and resulted in the perfect prescription. After the exam Laura again took the time to help me select a couple of great frames.
